The first meeting with Squad 2 teammates.
Two people gave a great impression to me.

The rest of the members arrived before 9 AM, settling down into our respective desks that were arranged in a circle. We all can see each other and the setting of the desks was indeed for a discussion type of session. We all waited for the Squad Leader, Zhang who arrived not long after with a bunch of papers.
"All of you need to answer this form again. Log into your account. The question has been updated.."
The form is almost 10 pages and I quickly looked up to Zhang the Squad Leader for further instructions, so do the other teammates. Nobody is complaining.
"As you all can see. They are 10 pages. The instruction is very simple. Answer all the questions. Understood?" asked Zhang.
"Understood..." we replied synchronizely
"Pair up. Talk with each other and get to know everyone better from the questions. Understood?"

Zhang then took his seat, 2 o'clock from my seat.
As everyone was turning to their partner, Wang Lei turned to me.
"Bao Er, Let's pair up..."
"Okay..." I answered and we turned to each other, reading the questions together
The session was full of chaos but Zhang was not saying anything to stop any of us.

The questions began to get less serious in the middle part of the form. There are questions on 'What do you like' and Wang Lei looked betrayed as he read my answer.

Zhang collected our date and took around 15 minutes to go through all the details of the team. As expected from the leader.
"Mu Jun, Feng Huang, De, Wang Lei, Bao Er. All of you wrote handphone as your distractions. If I caught any of you, beign distracted during mission, classes, squad activity, I will confiscate your handphone..."
All of us looked at each other with hanging jaw but answered synchronizely, "Understood"
"For those who find it hard to control their emotion, easily tired or sleepy during tasks, I want them to run. Any team member that present whenever the member lose their self is to run together. Understood?"
